I FEEL RIPPED OFF! After only 2 weeks of the OPTIONS service, I asked for a refund and was told NO...you have to buy something else in it's place' $999. This service is USELESS for anyone with OPTIONS trading experience; designed for KINDERGARDEN newbees. I was expecting much more. Now I'm really PIS_ED that I have to file a DISPUTE with the credit card company instead of getting the SATISFACTION GUARANTEE that I have come to expect from MOTLEY FOOL. Up to now, I have been a satisfied CUSTOMER. They inserted fine print to say they would only apply the price to another service.

You don't exactly get what they promote

As a newbie trader, I paid for their subscription and followed their "Best Buys" recommendation. After one year of investing I am 40% down on their suggestions. I do understand that the market has been bearish for a long time but the worst part is they will suggest some stock. Once the stock falls significantly they'll remove that higher price recommendation and instead show a recommendation that they did years before. This makes you feel stupid. I know they say you have to keep your stocks for a longer period, but not recognizing a recommendation and removing the recommendation made during a bad time just doesn't look good. I remember buying Zoom after seeing their recommendation for around ~$150 and then it kept going down till now. And, if I check their website they don't show anymore that they suggested to buy this at 150 instead they are showing some recommendations from years before when the price was lower.

Unauthorized charge to my card

The service sucks. They are unavailable to their customers and they make unauthorized charges to your card, and then you can;'t "call them". Horrible company.

So far I have found and tried 3 phone numbers for Motley Fool customer service, and they all disconnect as soon as it's answered. Also the online "cancel subscription" button does not work.
